Hi, my name is Ruth.
I help people navigate their careers with the same tools we use to design better systems: clarity, empathy, and intentional experimentation.
WayfindX began with a question I couldn’t shake: Why do good people get stuck — even when they’re trying hard? And what really shifts the pattern?
What I’ve found is this: whether we’re navigating our own careers or working in teams, the patterns we repeat shape how we move — often invisibly.
This is what I call Career Intelligence - the ability to recognise those patterns, respond with intention, and make decisions that lead to better outcomes.
